Do your techs work evenings, weekends, and holidays?

The $49 trip fee covers the tech’s time to come out and diagnose the issue. If you approve the repair, that $49 is applied toward the total cost. If you decide not to go ahead, the fee still applies but you’ll always know the price before committing to anything.
